RiConnect
RiConnect Digital Asset Integrity is delivered as a cloud-based service that works alongside existing ERP, EAM and CMMS systems, so organizations can add asset integrity without migrating data or replacing what already works.
The reason this matters is that many worthwhile improvements stall before they begin. Data migration, integration work, training and downtime add up to a project plan, and the plan itself becomes the obstacle. The idea may be sound, but the size of the project around it makes it hard to start.
RiConnect takes a different route. Think of adding a room to a house rather than rebuilding it: the existing structure stays in place, and the new space is connected to it. Existing systems continue to hold the records, maintenance plans and workflows the organization relies on, while RiConnect adds what they were not designed to provide, which is field-level asset integrity and compliance evidence.

The approach rests on three commitments:
To see how this might look in practice, consider an operations group that already runs a CMMS for maintenance and an ERP for asset records. Rather than rebuilding either, the group connects them to RiConnect through API. Maintenance activities and asset data continue to flow where they always have, and the field gains a place to capture pre-use checks and inspection evidence against each specific asset.
A sandbox is available for the part that tends to worry IT teams and operations alike. Teams can test the workflow, train their people and validate how it behaves before deployment, so that the first real use is not also the first trial. With minimal IT dependency, much of the effort shifts from building to confirming.
There is also no need to start with everything. A sensible first step is a small group of assets on a single site: connect the existing system, use the sandbox, go live and then extend. The principle is to start simple and scale with confidence.
Ultimately, the goal is compliance without disruption, where the people doing the work notice the benefit before they notice the change. Organizations that have set aside an asset integrity improvement because it sounded like a systems project may find it worth another look, and can talk to RiConnect about connecting their first assets.
