RiConnect provides customizable templates to define questions according to equipment, processes, or inspection standards, supporting condition monitoring and control for intelligent asset management.
Use RiConnect’s API or Excel upload to synchronize your product master files efficiently with the RiConnect database.
RiConnect automatically sends notifications through the system and via email to indicate upcoming or overdue inspections.

The RiConnect App works on iOS and Android devices. Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play by searching for "RiConnectApp".
Asset records can be stored temporarily on the mobile device when offline and uploaded once internet access is available.
RiConnect supports NFC and QR Code scanning. Some smartphones may require testing due to variations in NFC design. A Bluetooth RFID reader can be used if NFC is unavailable.
RiConnect support the GPS function on mobile phones. If users enable the GPS service on their phones and authorize RiConnect to access their location, we can record the user's last location during each inspection.
RFID digital tags must comply with the ISO 15693 RF protocol to be compatible with RiConnect.
